Interactive Whiteboards- From a Child Perspective!

I felt so much ecstasy and pleasure when I touched Interactive Whiteboard for the first time in my classroom. It was an incredible feeling for me when I touched a digital whiteboard with my finger and gazed it with my eyes. It was simply connected with a projector, PC and educational software.

Amazingly; I was able to Shrink, Enlarge, Select and Swipe high definition and 3D digital images and videos; in matter of seconds, just by moving my fingers onto that Interactive Whiteboard.

It felt awesome to access Videos, Animations, Pictures, Web pages and every Audio - Visual element that I could dream of; in just couple of clicks!

I couldn’t stop myself getting up from my desk to ask more about this wonderful Interactive Whiteboard from my teacher. She could see a spark and eagerness to know about this Interactive Whiteboard in my eyes!

And she told me that this is a Genee Powerboard.

Astoundingly, I was able to electronically draw, write and erase over projected images, annotate in color, highlight the text, cut or paste images and capture it all for my future reference just by using my hands and fingers on a Genee Powerboard. What I liked most about this Digital Whiteboard is that it is extremely durable, easy to clean up and well coated to provide minimal glare in the classroom. Moreover, my teacher was able to write with chalk, pen and fingers simultaneously; onto Genee powerboard.

The amazing part is that now I started liking my tedious History class as well. Zoom-In and Split Screen features of Genee Powerboard allowed me and my classmates to view images of Historical Artefacts and Fossils much minutely, clearly and deeply.

Now, I enjoy my Science class the most! As now I can Zoom-In and move all the planets around the Sun to see how they move in relation to each other to understand my Solar System chapter much easily on Genee Powerboard.

Not only this, with Genee Powerboard; I can use features like Image Freeze, Positive & Negative Conversion in my Physics class, get demonstrations on Color-Mixing, Paper Cutting, Origami, Brushwork and Shading in my Art class; use interactive Geometrical Tools like Scale, Compass or Protractor to accurately measure and draw lengths and angles in my Mathematics class.

Like me; my classmates and friends also feel the same motivation and excitement to learn more and more using Genee Powerboard.

And Now, Genee Powerboard has just become a way of life for us!

We know, it’s going to be there and it’s a resource that we would always love to use fully!

At the end of the day, Genee Powerboard to me; is a resource… that is newer, more visual, more Interactive and a lot more colorful.

Like me, you should also know more about Genee Powerboard…
